There are 2 London terminals of Cannon Street & Charing Cross.
Charing Cross trains serve Waterloo East, London Bridge (after next stage of the Thameslink Programme), Hither Green, then all stations to Bexley.
The Cannon Street trains have 2 routes from Cannon Street:
One via SEML calling at all stations.
One via Greenwich Line & North Kent Line calling at all stations.
Trains from Gravesend also serve all stations to Bexley twice an hour.

To get from Erith, its via the North Kent Line. Trains to London serve London Cannon Street & in the other direction Dartford.
The Cannon Street services are stopping services they go three different routes.
The first route is the most direct, continues to Charlton before, going on the Greenwich Line to London.
The second is less direct by calling at: Slade Green before, serving stations via the Bexleyheath Line.
The third is even less direct by before, serving stations via the Dartford Loop Lines.
The Dartford service calls at: Slade Green and Dartford.
