As soon as you arrive at Coombe Lane Tram Stop turn left on to the path through the Addington Hills. Go straight ahead and follow the signs up to Oaks Road where you turn right into.
Carry along Oaks Road until you arrive at the junction weher you turn right into Shirley Hills Road.
Then immediatley turn left into Sandpits Road. At the end of this road you go back onto a footpath.
At the end of the footpath turn right on to Shirley Church Road and continue a fair way down then beside Springhurst Close there should be a footpath for you to take.
Then at the corner of Kennel Wood turn right onto the bridleway, follow this along a little. Then take a sharp left out of the wood.
Shortly after that turn right then immediatley left and go through Spring Park.
Once near the end of the park turn right around this end of the park. Once in the playing fields turn left then once past the rugby ground turn left and continue straight to the road.
Turn right onto Addington Road and head straight across the road and you'll find a hilly path to continue up there to the church.
turn left to exit the church and continue down Church Road till the end where opposite you you find the footpath to continue.
Then you will cross the road and then follow the path across West Wickham Common.
Then follow the path until Keston village, where after that you turn to head to Hayes (displayed below).
